By request this meeting will focus on basic op-amp applications suitable for KS3 and KS4.
Just as logic gates are the basic building blocks of digital electronics, op-amps are the basic building blocks of analogue electronics. The session will be of interest to teachers who have yet to use op-amps in their teaching and to those teachers who want to improve their understanding of them.
| ¡ | We will look at how op-amps work and simulate and construct useful op-amp circuits. |
| ¡ | We will discuss problems associated with using the LM741 op-amp and how to overcome them. |
