When logged in, the following main menu is shown.

Carry out the following steps in this order to create class lists.
[1] Creating a class
| ¡ | Left click the Add Class button. |

| ¡ | Complete each field in the Class Form . . |

. . . then click the Create Class button.

[2] Entering pupil names
| ¡ | Left click the Add Pupils button. |

| ¡ | Left click the class you want to add pupils to . . |

. . . to open the Pupil Form.

| ¡ | Use the Create Pupil tab to enter student names. |

| ¡ | Complete the form fields for each student. (The Date of Birth entry is necessary to identify students with the same name) |

[3] Adding pupil names to class
| ¡ | Now that pupils have been created they need to be added to the class. Click the Add Pupil to Class tab. |

| ¡ | Pick pupils from the list box . . . |

. . . so they move across to the Pupil List.

| ¡ | You can remove a pupil from the class list by first selecting them (so they are highlighted) and then clicking the Remove button. |
